....for getting that 'its so great, to be, a florida gator' chant stuck in my head.   It is so simple, so annoying, that it is awesome.  Near perfect chant.  9/10.  -1 for not starting it out with Hey Gang.

Best of luck Will and the Gators, i got some money and bragging rights riding on you.   Hope to see Jesus riding a dinosaur around the Georgia Dome post game high fiving all the Gator fans.

Also, Coogs kick off in 30.   Talked to friends at the game, weather is horrible, 30's and heavy rain.   Doesn't bode well for our style of play.  Oh well, if we would have just beat utep or ucf, we wouldn't be in this position.

Well, I knew I was going to have to do it somewhere, it might as well be here.

The game was a disappointment for a number of reasons.  The Gators were outplayed in nearly every phase of the game, and that was probably the most surprising thing.  But it shouldn't have been.  McElroy, SEC whipping boy for most of the first half of the season, played very, very well in November, and did a great job managing the game and even making a few big plays against the Gators.  Ingram was who we thought he was, and Bama's defense was extremely tough.

The better team won, and I really have no problem saying that.  It's a big disappointment, but those who know me know that I have not felt comfortable going into any Gator game this year.  They are not the team they were last year, though they managed to win some decent games.

The Tebow crying thing bothered me, but I don't think it is bitterness, as whomever created that ridiculous motivational poster indicated.  It made me squemish to see him weeping on the field like that, but I think the weeping came more from the knowledge that he let the Gators, and Gator fans down.  He has always been able to take big games on his shoulders and pull out a win, and he came up short and was disappointed in himself.  The guy is a competitor, and hates to lose.  I don't like the way he reacted, but I am not in his position.

It is not entirely his fault, although the pass Arenas intercepted was a bad one.  The defense seemed wholly unable to stop Ingram and were on their heels most of the game.  I think that may have as much to do with defensive coaching hubris than anything (Strong, though a brilliant defensive mind, is sometimes slow to make adjustments, believing that his talented defense will prevail given enough time.  Usually they do.  On Saturday, they didn't.

Anywho...I guess now is the time for all of the tards to come in and do what tards do.  So fire away.  I shant be responding.

Some of that crying prolly had to do with the fact that was his last game as a Gator and he lost.  Face it this wasnt the same team.  You can see what talent they lost from last year with the way that Percy ans that guy who plays for Oakland now have been playing.  I hate Florida, but I think they played well and Bama was a beast.

Yeah, Zierlein didn't exactly discovery electricity here.

Anybody who follows the SEC knows that very few of the recent Gators drafted have panned out.  There is a lot to be said for the fact that really Harvin and Murphy, who came up playing under Meyer, have shown to be worth the money invested so far.  We will see.

I'm not sure how agreeing with LZ is sour grapes.  But then again I don't use the same ret@rd logic that you do, so I guess I am at a disadvantage.
