Running back is the one offensive position the Texans have always had questions about... and signing another aged/aging back isn't going to change that mold. They need to finally bite the bullet and draft a back in the first round.

they tried that

i don't suggest that the Texans sign LT as a feature back. but LT knows his roll now and is just looking for a solid team that can get him a ring. many think the Texans are close to doing that. LT or Thomas would be a great choice as a change of pace or 3rd down RB.

slaton is not a 25+ carry guy, but should bounce back nice in 2010

ok technically 3rd round. and i get it...you don't like LT. i was just saying he could help a team like the texans. i'm not that far off... the guys at SI now report that houston or detroit are his most likely landing spots.
